Quarter 1
Day 1 – Clinical
Full face transformation
Every delegate will treat a full case from start to finish, including the whole patient journey. From a full detailed assessment, consent, photography, treatment of multiple areas with unlimited product (including both toxin and dermal fillers). Be sure to take the after pictures as the transformation will be an eye opener.
Day 2 – Business
Marketing 101
In the past year Harry has embarked on a journey of learning and discovery in the field of marketing. Hundreds of hours have been spent attending live events, virtual events and reading books. He’s used this information to grow his own aesthetics business and has never shared this information outside of his own clinic. You’ll be the first to hear cutting edge strategies and tactics to help you attract more patients.
Quarter 2
Day 1 – Clinical
Corrective and Review treatments
Every delegate will assess and treat the following cases:
– Toxin reviews
– Filler reviews
– Elective dissolve of Filler with Hyalase
– Complications management
Day 2 – Business
Social media masterclass
A whole day on what’s working in social media. Using tried and tested methods from mentors that Harry has worked with. You’ll leave this day with an action plan and content scheduling for the rest of the year regarding social media. How to answer patient complaints on social and dealing with negative reviews. Be prepared to shoot content that when repurposed will give you many hours of content that you can use to attract more patients.
Quarter 3
Day 1 – Clinical
Profiloplasty and Facial Contouring
During this day, you’ll treat several models where you first begin by assessing their current profile and contour. Then, we will do a treatment plan together to come up with the best options and then let’s treat with multiple products and volume to improve their profile and contour.
Day 2 – Business
Financials
A day spent looking at the following: Value proposition, pricing, packages, profit and loss spreadsheet, operating costs per surgery per day, profitability per clinic, cashflow forecast, KPIs, optimisation, budgeting, targets, daily production, payment plans, membership scheme, analysing local competition and your positioning/pricing and much more. All of Harry’s templates for the above are included.
Quarter 4
Day 1 – Clinical
Personalised advanced procedures
Are you still lacking confidence in certain procedures? You’ll be treating 3 models each on this day on any of the advanced procedures you would like more confidence and competence in. You can mix and match from any of the following: advanced toxin, lips masterclass, mid-facial masterclass, advanced filler masterclass, tear troughs, or non-surgical rhinoplasty.
Day 2 – Business

Refer, Retain, Resell, Rituals & Routines
The cornerstone of any successful business is to master the 5Rs. In this day, new and fresh content will be delivered to help you succeed in facial aesthetics. Compress decades into days!
